🧾 Role Overview
The Head of Sales will be responsible for driving overall revenue growth, expanding distribution networks, managing institutional and bulk sales, and leading a high-performing sales team for the Packaged Drinking Water (20L jars, bottles – 250ml, 500ml, 1L, 2L) and Soda business. The role requires strong field execution, distributor management, and deep understanding of FMCG/beverage markets, particularly in Delhi NCR.

Graduation: Graduate in any discipline
Post-Graduation (Preferred): Sales, Marketing, or Management

Sales Strategy & Execution
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve volume and revenue targets
Drive market penetration across retail, institutional, and bulk customers
Identify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and channel partners
Manage pricing, schemes, and promotions in competitive markets
Distribution & Channel Management
Strengthen and expand distributor and dealer networks
Ensure effective route-to-market execution and outlet coverage
Monitor distributor performance, collections, and stock movement
Institutional & Key Account Sales
Lead institutional sales including offices, factories, events, and bulk buyers
Negotiate commercial terms and close high-volume contracts
Maintain long-term relationships with key institutional customers
Team Leadership & Management
Lead, mentor, and manage regional and field sales teams
Set targets, monitor performance, and ensure on-ground execution
Conduct regular reviews, coaching, and performance evaluations
Reporting & Analysis
Track sales MIS, forecasting, and market performance
