Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Institutional Sales Executive to drive sales across corporate and institutional clients nationwide. The role involves extensive fieldwork, client relationship management, lead generation, and ensuring order closure along with timely payment realization.

Job Description :

Performance Metrics:
New client registrations and onboarding
Order conversion and revenue generation
Customer retention and repeat orders
Timely payment collections

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and manage institutional and corporate clients across India
Generate new leads and business opportunities in addition to the provided client database
Build strong relationships with end users and decision-makers
Convert competitor accounts by offering competitive pricing, superior product quality, and reliable delivery
Conduct regular field visits (25–26 days/month) and travel outside Delhi NCR when required
Achieve sales targets through effective market penetration and negotiation skills
Handle complete sales cycle: lead generation, meetings, quotations, order closure, and follow-ups
Ensure timely payment realization for all orders executed
Manage all documentation, vendor registrations, and compliance requirements for institutional sales
Focus on onboarding new clients and generating repeat business
