Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1+ year of experience in client-facing or advisory roles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Customer-oriented mindset with problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple clients and priorities effectively
Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office is an advantage
Bachelor degree
Key Responsibilities
Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide appropriate solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
Handle client queries and ensure timely resolution
Follow up with prospects and existing customers to support business growth
Maintain accurate client records and update internal systems
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery
