Position: Business Development Manager (IT Services) Experience: 2–4 Years Location: Ahmedabad

Job Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Manager with proven experience in closing IT services deals. The candidate will be responsible for converting qualified opportunities into revenue by understanding client requirements, presenting solutions, negotiating commercials, and successfully closing deals.

 

Qualification :

Bachelor degree

Primary Responsibilities :

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle qualified leads and sales opportunities assigned by the company.
  • Understand client requirements related to custom software development, web development, mobile app development, AI/ML, cloud solutions, and digital transformation services.
  • Conduct discovery calls, presentations, and solution discussions.
  • Prepare proposals, estimations, and commercial documents.
  • Manage negotiations and contract discussions.
  • Drive opportunities through the sales funnel to successful closure.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Coordinate with technical and delivery teams during the pre-sales process.

Required Skills

  • Experience in IT Services sales closure.
  • Strong proposal presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience dealing with international clients will be preferred.
